Inmate Bond Information

We have an in-person option or an online option to pay for an inmate’s Bond. We also offer the option to add money to an inmate’s Bond account to put toward the inmate’s Bond.

In-Person Bond Payment

We can accept cash, money order, or a Cashier’s Check to Bond an inmate out of our Detention Facility. For money orders and Cashier’s checks, please make them payable to the Clerk of the Court. Payment is made at the Detention Facility at 150 North 19th Ave. Brighton, CO 80601.

Online Bond Payment

For those who can’t pay in person, we offer online payment through our third-party vendor AllPaid. Click the button below to set up your account and to start the payment process.

Pursuant to House Bill 25-1015, the Adams County Sheriff’s Office has entered into an agreement with Genesis eBONDS for online surety bonding purposes. Once this process is implemented, additional information will be available on this page.
