Arrest Made in Strasburg Shooting Investigation

The Adams County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 17-year-old individual in reference to the Strasburg shooting

COMMERCE CITY, CO (Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2026) – On Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026, the Adams County Sheriff’s office arrested a 17-year-old individual after an extensive investigation into the shooting in Strasburg on Jan. 11, 2026.

Due to the age of the suspect, no further details will be released at this time.

This case will be presented to the 17th Judicial District’s Attorney’s Office for a decision on formal charges.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
