Commander John Bitterman has dedicated 28 years to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office. During this time, he has held positions in Patrol, Detectives, Narcotics, SWAT, and CRT. He currently holds the position of Detectives Captain. John Bitterman is a lifelong resident of Adams County.
